Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF) is a TennCare employment program that helps Tennesseans of all ages who have an intellectual or developmental disability gain employment and achieve independence. The program will meet people where they are on their career path, as well as help them reach their community and independent living goals. Another aspect of the program is offering support for families who are caring for a person with a disability. You can review qualifications and apply for ECF CHOICES to see if it would be an option.
