WHAT IS MAPs?

MAPs is designed to empower people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities by providing tailored support and resources to foster independence and integration within their communities.

The program equips participants with vocational skills and career readiness, facilitates community integration through recreational and cultural activities, and supports exploring personal interests and hobbies.

WHO IS MAPs FOR?

MAPs is available to:
  • Recent graduates transitioning to independent living and employment
  • Students in inclusive higher education programs across Tennessee
  • Individuals on waitlists for comprehensive long-term support programs like Employment and Community First CHOICES

Virtual Community Resource MAPs:
